30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@clowas.com within 30 days from receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the items you would like to return. Our customer support team will guide you through the returning process.
Return Eligibility
All items are eligible for return. Personalized items, and items on sale are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective. Additionally, to complete your return, we may require proof of purchase.
